Warren Mundine is the chairman of CPAC Australia. He's also the managing director of Nyunggai Black Group and Indigenous Forum director at the CIS. Warren is a highly respected and influential businessman, political strategist and advocate for empowering the First Nations of Australia to build businesses and sustainable economies.
He was the national president of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) but quit the party in 2012. His life and career have been shaped by a personal commitment to community and economic development and he has nearly 40 years’ experience working in the public, private and community sectors.
Until recently, the two main groups for the No Voice referendum campaign were the Warren Mundine-led Recognise a Better Way, and Senator Price-led Fair Australia. The group's joint campaign is called Australians for Unity, and Senator Nampijinpa Price will be working alongside Warren Mundine as campaign spokespeople. Warren has received recognition for his contribution and commitment to Australia. He was made an Officer of the Order of Australia.
